Implacable sabotages Light 'Em Up

Note: Implacable is in the Ranger's tree by default; this isn't even a weird edge-case with AWC abilities.

If a unit (say, a Ranger) with Implacable scores a kill with their first Light 'Em Up shot, they lose their ability to do literally anything but move with their second action. No reloading (including free reloading), no overwatching, no shooting, no items, etc. :cry:

Nope, works fine for me, and all my rangers have implacable.

Woohoo, yet again I look like a moron because for some reason my game does things differently than everyone elses.

Okay, I'll attempt to test this more and obtain a save for debugging...
