Deep Cover still cancels Steady Weapon

1) 1.4Using Steady Weapon will now count as an attack action for the purposes of Deep Cover, meaning DC will not trigger. This prevents Deep Cover auto-canceling the Steady Weapon bonus.

3) Mods I'm using
4)Deep Cover still triggers after using Steady Weapon
5)Can't add attachments, says it's too large.
