Long War Toolbox

Hi, I'm having a problem with this mod. The category doesn't show in the options menu and the functionality isn't working. The functionality works perfectly fine with Long War 2 installed, just not with this stand alone mod. Steps I've taken:

• Uninstalled and Reinstalled.
• Updated Video Drivers.
• Deactivated all other mods with only this one running.
• Refreshed the ini by deleting the config folder.
• All other steps mentioned in the trouble shooting guide.

None of it works and since the functionality works fine with Long War 2 installed, I'm assuming the problem is with this mod rather than with my game. Any help to get this working would be appreciated but please read the steps I've taken before telling me to do something I've said I've already done.

O.K., I've had this mod installed now for a week and for some utterly bizzare reason, it's just started to work. I've made no changes, not even restarted the game, it just suddenly appeared in the menu after a mission and all content is now working (at least as far as I can see).
