In 1.1 the Psi Operative got limited in the number of times it can be trained in the Psi Chamber. Is there a way to remove this limit by ini edit?

Or is there a way to open it up so you can pick any of the skills to train? There's only so much RNG a man can take

I feel your pain brother. Until you get your mod I recommend to keep training your Rookies as Psi ops. When you get a bad roll in the RNG. Psi ops are literally the best Haven advisors. I think they have two times the effect of a normal Soldier.
