If I want to mod the Adv.squads, how to do it?

I like the new troops and all.
But I would want, the first Adv.Infantry to be the main force.
And I rather have bigger pods, then have 2 Sectiods and a worm.
Or an Officers with only high end troops in its squad.

Same with my troops I would rather they have the same HP from the beginning and and get more armour, by tech.
Same with Advent, that the HP dont get bigger just because the campaing gets longer.

So where do I find the stats for POD setup, and HP per lvl.
