Selecting Soldier from Haven

Hi,
I think we need a mod for that :
Everytime you enter a squad selection for a mission and it happens that you need a soldier from your haven, you can NOT choose it. You have to
1) exit squad slection
2) Got to geoscape
3) remove member from the Haven
4) Reselect the mission
5) Confirm the squad selection.
That's a lot of cliks and screens just for that.
I think we need a mod so that we could be able to select for a mission a member in the Haven ( provided this Haven is not under any event).
