Up until the 1.2 update, when I went to manage my soldiers' weapon upgrades, and had the "Armed to the Teeth" bonus, I saw 4 upgrade slots.
Now, after 1.2, there are 3 visible slots, with a scroll bar that lets you scroll down to see the 4th slot.

I find this to be really annoying.

Is there any way I can change it to how it was before the update?

It got smaller to fit in the new strip all weapon mods button. To go back to four, you'd have to recompile to make changes, I'm afraid.

We'll see if we can fix it for 1.3.
