Sorry. Bad englisch. There are these .csv files, OrgNames and counselorNames. Is it possible to insert my own names and what is this numerical value for ?

Yes, you can insert your own names.

The org and councilor name numerical value is a "weight" -- higher numbers mean it is more likely to be selected randomly.

Thanks a lot. Is a name from this list only used one time or can a name appear multiple times in a game ?
