I got back into LW1 and I've modded a few things before in it, but i cant figure out how to make new items? I tried duplicating one and it didn't work.

I'm trying to make duplicate items. Not completely new ones. The duplicates have no weight. The only thing I found after a ton of digging is that longwar has maxed out the items you can have in a game. I dunno what that means though lol.
