SUggestion: anti spam bot

Can we please get an anti spam bot program? only 1.5 pages are actually content the rest is this one bot.

I'm trying different settings to prevent spambot registrations. The Q&A one worked for a while but no longer, so got a new one in this morning. The board fills up with spam when I'm asleep and I clean it up in the morning. If this one doesn't work I'll have to go to a system of manually approving posts from new users, which I'd like to avoid.
