EU doesn't have claims on Moscow.

Pretty sure nothing has claims on Moscow except Eurasia.

It seems some of the nations are scripted to have population decline (either that or it's related to how developed the nation already is). To counter that, you need to invest in economy. In order to invest, you need to have investment points which in turn requires peaceful condition and being unburd...

[Feature suggestion] Ability to (re-)attach navies

I want to suggest the ability to set navy-army attachments. Reason is simple: it's all too common to have armies with attached navy to have home province which is far in-land. Currently, navies are destroyed by destroying the attaching army. So there may need to be a lock outside friendly territory....

For alien landing sites, where 3 alien armies would spawn, I suggest including the time for landing and/or the countdown till landing in the UI. Got the national support to around 75, crackdown-win, Next turn, purge. Pass turn. Why don't you crack and purge in the same turn? I can see I get the maintenance cost if there is any from unassigned orgs. Do you get the income such as +50 Research and the bonus such as +15% Space Science Research?

Thanks a lot for the explanations!

The issue of constant alien fleet transfer alert didnt end up being solved for me with the update though. I'll post a different thread to ask about that.

I bought Terra Invicta Early Access at gog.com. The version is still 0.3.18 with gog galaxy client. Is the lag time with gog version normal? What is the typical lag time anyway? I ran into the issue of constant alien fleet transfer notice at the same place. It looks like 0.3.19 would solve the issue...
