Thanks faket. Do you have the actual debuff numbers? As in bluescreen is -X hack defence, redscreen -Y and arc pulser -Z? Also does arc pulser debuff change with higher tier arc pulsers? You can simply tab/lshift through all your soldiers while you have they AWC skill tree open. There's no need to ever click on the AWC building and it's super fast.

Interesting to see a change to Facility Leads, but not the change I was hoping for. I feel like it's still very random and hard to get these in the first place, and the fact that they randomly unlock a Facility, which can include Facilities that have not generated any pips yet, feels really frustrat...

One problem with Combat Awareness is that it assumes that you don't have anything better to do than to end a turn overwatching. Another one is that they simply won't shoot the SPARK, which defeats the purpose. And then you have issue that AI might just run the overwatch, SPARK misses with its crap ...

The best workaround to avoid the crash here is to issue the first blue move command, then tab to a different soldier and wait for the move to complete, and only then tab back to the soldier/unit with the extra move.

The second action from DT is limited to attacks or overwatch - no moves or reload allowed.
What I like about DT: it allows you to set up a Kubikiri shot by yourself - damage with the first hit, then kill with the 2nd.

I think I confused this with LW1, where the wording on these skills was that the attack "doesn't cost an action". Guess that obviously changed here, sorry about that.

Are you using that mod that automatically reloads your weapon before you take a shot? That mod doesn't respect Hit&Run or Close Encounters. By Default that first shot should be completely free and you still have two full actions after it.

I've only ever seen or heard these notifications if there is either a not excavated slow in the Avenger or an open slot for an engineer in one of your buildings. She doesn't nag if you simply have open building slots and are not building anything.

Sure, but that's a core part of xcom, you're not supposed to finish a campaign without deaths. There are strategy games with no RNG, and they're fun, but they also feel like more of a puzzle game.
