In my new campaign I was able to get the nest mission, though I believe this is due to the fact that I disabled the missions for Shen's last gift.

At the very least, picking up loot due to your movement shouldn't prevent ever vigilant. Though opening/closing of doors should also work. Reloading, whether free or not, is a bit harder of a question, though I would prefer it to work on both.

90% to hit is 80% hit / 20% graze
100% to hit is 90% hit / 10% graze
similar effect on <10%

I am not sure what you think is special or odd about the spectrum ends.

How to fix my Psi Op perk tree for 1.2 changes

In 1.2 Stasis, Sustain, and Solace got switched around on the perk tree. Now I have Sustain instead of Stasis even though I still have Stasis Shield. It also seems that Psi Ops can be put in the AWC to be retrained. Is there a console command to let me fix this issue?

Wow, I didn't realise it was that bad. I also think you listed all the things that should be ignored. I'm all for everything else breaking Ever Vigilant, even the free action fortify.

I would like 2 slots for engineers to reduce spark repair time by 50%/33%. ie one engineer reduces time to 50% of normal and second reduces it down to 33% of normal.

For all weapons and armor, when you use the make available button, the adv version gets replaced by the basic/infinite version. Unranked PCS items do not stack

The unique PCS that were added with LW2 do not stack in the list and can start to clutter the interface. Also this list doesn't seem to have any sorting logic to it.

An idea- this is pure theorycraft though because I don't have the DLC. Would it make sense to allow more than one (but still a very limited number) of the Alien Hunter equipment?   • Grants 2 ablative armor points.
  • These hit points, once lost, cannot be regained for the remainder of the mission.
  • Loss of Ceramic Plating HP does not increase wound time.
  • Only one plating item and one vest can be equipped at a time.
Seems that are referred to as both armor and hitpoints.

why would it, Ablative Hit Points are still Hit Points and not armor, so the poison should affect them

As for having both versions available, perks like Ever Vigilant which auto engage overwatch make this problematic. A far better solution is to make sure Covering Fire Overwatch is always superior to Basic Overwatch
