Moding amount, quality of stuff get per loot drop?
Does anyone know how to mod the amount, quality of weapon upgrade, PCS you get per loot drop from killing advent, aliens? What i mean by quality is that can you get superior weapon upgrade or top tier PCS from the first mission and onward? I try and mod some stuffs in the DefaultGameCore.ini but can...
