I wonder if that will activate bigger booms... cause that could get rather silly very quickly. (bigger booms, bring em on, aggression, sting grenades and bluescreen bombs... wee! Crit for up to 11 damage with disorient/stun, affects mechanical enemies too).

Have a look at shadowstep and lightning reflexes, worst case scenario you might need to reverse engineer the reaction fire code to take your perk into account. I'm not a fan of the new "Fire Control" PCS items (should just be a setting, since the commander could just give an order to only engage when favorable in overwatch), so I was trying to find a workaround. One way is to just give a second PCS slot which I would use just for fire control PC...
