It would be nice if one could select a tech or a project as a goal and then have the global research selections automatically chosen to work toward that goal. For example, I want to bee-line the Daedelus Torch drive. I should be able to select the Daedelus Torch project then have the global research...

I find a stun oriented assault operative to be critical. Chain lightning with an arc blaster has saved my bacon many times. The same for a protective grenadier. Retraining Time
Can one reduce the retraining time? I am rethinking my perk selections and the retraining time effectively would require restarting my campaign to get my soldiers where I want them to be. Great game. Great mod.
