Each normal guerrilla op gives you, if you're doing mostly extremely light with 4, very light with 5, light and above with 6+, ROUGHLY 2 points of post-mission XP multiplied by just under 6. You can edit the .inis to tweak the stats of armors to your liking. I have, personally, changed heavy armors back to being more heavily-armored and more costly.

I use the mod and have zero issues. Doesn't shock me. There's always some imbecile in the comments of a mod saying that that specific mod is causing them and their 400-mod game to crash and it's solely the fault of THAT mod and nothing else, not their 20 gigs of anime voice packs, not their 250 out...

You haven't taken Revival Protocol in 1.3? Jesus. That's a lot of soldiers incapacitated for two turns from the errant drone stun or Sectoid panic, haha.

This is my current 1.3 mod list. I hate to be 'that guy', but Revival Protocol and Restoration Fix is redundant now, for the fixes from it are baked into LW2 itself. :P Ever notice how you'll do Revival Protocol and you'll see Panic Removed twice? That'd be the why behind that little cosmetic oddity.

Gotcha Again is Quality Of Life, not a gameplay mod. It is definitely great, too. I also like LEB's Make PsiOps Great Again mod, but I feel like Advanced Telekinesis is just awful. You can always do what I did and modify the healing table in XComGameData.ini. Line 161 on. Sending an Engineer/Sci off to haven advise is exactly the same as using them in a facility slot: It removes that scientist from research-boosting duty and an engineer from whatever it is they do when idling. Agreed. I use Extract Corpses without the Fulton and CARRY_UNIT_MOBILITY_ADJUST to -6 to make carrying a corpse out actually a dangerous proposition. I could list my modlist, but it's probably identical to 90% of everyone else's.

Honestly, until we get notification from Johnnylump that the patch is literally right around the corner, don't hesitate on playing 1.2. It's not like the entire mod is changing with 1.3. Enough that I'm anxious for it, but not enough that I'm stopping playing 1.2 for fear that knowledge of the game ...
