Got a sharpshooter who can't aim? Shove them down the holotargeting and stealth branches, then use them as a spotter for your other sharpshooter who does know how to shoot.

SMG = more speed and faster infiltration. For Shinobi, more speed = more damage when using their special sword magic. With the knife fighter perk and red fog turned on any stun lancer that comes after your gunner is going to be in a for a very nasty surprise. Remember the first time you tried to sword attack a muton and got b*tch slapped for it? Yeah, like that.

It's in the game already. You just need to enable it after the campaign start, rather than before. Look in the options of any game you've already got going.

I like it. It also coincides well with the ending hint that the Etherials themselves were fleeing another, stronger enemy that hasn't been seen yet.
