Yes, you can insert your own names.

The org and councilor name numerical value is a "weight" -- higher numbers mean it is more likely to be selected randomly.

It should go up this morning (US time).

It didn't go up sooner because it's a couple of extra steps over the Steam build and a mix of some people taking Sunday off and me trying to spend a little time with my kids.

Yes, in the EA build acceleration is also taken into account for chase mechanics.

The game is currently only available through Steam or GOG. We're not able to sell keys directly (for tax reasons, among other things).

We don't have anything to announce on additional languages. We know of at least one modder who is working on a Russian translation.

Coups grant CPs to the couping faction and possibly factions that previously contributed to unrest (representing allies in anti-government forces).

We're working on it. We aren't a large team so if we have 6 channels of duplicate bug reports coming in, it will delay everything getting fixed.

It uses the Windows regional settings, which is values available to every piece of software on your computer. We'll eventually give you some control over it. We don't have the capacity to put up an online storefront -- lot of potential management and tax issues we'd have to sort out.
