Glass cutter can not. So I was told. Because of the technical features of the buildings they will need to redo everything. :(

Re: the glass cutter, while the utility item version (or better idea of perk that's "usable" to open glass like a door) may not be possible due to requiring glass be an interactive object, there's almost certainly a specific glass-breaking event in the game code. It might be possible to have a passive perk that allows said soldier to run through glass, thus breaking it, but not create sound and/or at the very least not break squad/personal concealment, ala the Spec's successful shutdown of a drone/turret. This Spec case shows that this sort of thing is possible.

Granted, that's a tad more powerful than the suggested implementation, due to not having to blue-move stop at the glass first, but unless I'm way off base, it's technically possible?

Evacuation would be more exciting. If the mines falling from the amphibious ships of Advent. Alternating dropping soldiers Advent and Advent mines (greater diversity). And our heroes At least one device mines. Naturally all testing and requires a balance of the game devices.

A good idea at the expense of breaking glass as a skill. But still it is necessary that it was within the logic. As will be crashing the glass at the same time it will not be heard? :roll:

Please note that glass and doors are ambient objects and thus are a different class than objects that can be targeted like enemies, hacking terminals and towers, exploitable objects and the like.

The main point though is that the maps are big enough to support numerous routes to your objective and not all of them though glass and doors. You are better off taking the stairs or going around and opening a door most of the times.

Also note a key element of the stealth game - the enemy pods use the entrance point as you can, thus you are basically giving everyone the ability to circumvent enemy patrols if you can pass through glass without a problem.

That might not benefit the stealth game overall.

With glass cutter more understandable. Glass cutter is not possible .. What about Advent mines (reset from the air) and mines to our heroes? And mines, "MON -50". (May Advent be reset such mines with the landing of the aircraft? Evacuation would be more exciting.
