AWC perks related to other classes' secondary weapons

This page lists all of the AWC perks. Several relate to particular weapons. Since the AWC perks are granted to classes that don't normally get those perks, how do they work?
In particular:
[*] Walk Fire and Cyclic Fire do not work with the sniper rifle. Can a sharpshooter roll these perks?
[*] Cutthroat, Blademaster, and Reaper apply to melee attacks. Most classes don't have melee attacks. What happens? Or are these only available to Gunner (for their knife)? Or do they grant the user a sword (like Fleche might)?
[*] Does Fleche grant a sword? Would it replace the secondary weapon or a utility slot? Or would go in a bonus "tertiary" weapon slot you can edit (for upgraded versions)? Or is it a "bonus" slot that can't be modified (like the grenade perks)? Or is this only available to the Gunner (with their knife)?
[*] Likewise, do Bladestorm and Combatives grant their items? Or are they only available to Gunner and Shinobi respectively, using their existing weapon?
[*] Similar question for Holo Targeting. The main tooltip matches the new text for the Sharpshooter's ability, but the ? text describes targeting with the Cannon. Is this limited to the Gunner too? Or is this an ability anyone can roll?, works like the sharpshooter's item?, and in that case same questions as Fleche.
While we're at it...
[*] Kill Zone refers to using squadsight, but the classes that have Kill Zone don't have squadsight (unless a Sharpshooter gets it in the AWC). Does this text apply for non-Sharpshooters? "Kill Zone utilizes Squadsight, even if the soldier does not have the Long Watch ability."
Fake Edit: It occurs to me a lot of the "?" text makes sense for the same-named perks of LW1, so there may be a Wiki issue confusing the issue on some of these.
