That is, like the standard neutralize target or sabotage monument missions, even though it does not explicitly say so on line 2.

I mean, every mission you successfully do gets advent's attention, it's just that the statue mission does more than normal.

yeah i notice some time it said get advent attention, and some time it doesn't.

just like those assassination missions some time give you +1 region contact, and some time it doesn't, but the ladder case if it doesn't said you get +1 region contact you don't get +1 region contact hahaa

Might I suggest subduing the Dark VIP and capturing him instead of killing him outright? That would give you the bonus 100% of the time.
