Is Skull-mining still in the game

on the ufopaedia it said Skull-mining should be available right after you finish the skulljacking project, but it didn't appear for me, so i was wondering if the +25 hacking bonus from skull mining is stilling in the game

It is. Not sure if it's +25 but definitely a good bonus.

I don't remember exactly, I think it appears after you defeat the codex, or maybe after you research the codex brain. It's definitely in there though.

Looks like it requires both the Skulljack project and Advent Robotics (drone autopsy).
