Request: can we preview stats for reward / black market soldiers?

I like that mission rewards and the black market make even good soldiers replaceable. However, I find myself with a surplus of holo sharps and sawn-off rangers because I buy/rescue them and they have dumpster stats. Now the secondary builds are fun and useful but you don't need loads of them. Which means I am less likely to go after soldiers for classes where the stats matter.

The main consequence of this is my marksman rangers and sniper sharps with high native aim are pretty much irreplaceable. I was able to train them up from squaddie early game but that's really tough late game.

My suggestion is that, for the black market soldiers at least, you can pay a small amount of supplies (say 20% of cost) to preview the soldier's stats. If you decide against then you don't pay anything but if you want the soldier he now costs more.

I'm aware this may be fiddly and won't be a priority, but it would be a really nice touch at some stage.
