Do Aim & Crit buff skills affect Rockets & Grenades ?

I've got a Grenadier I'm planning to skill with my mixed build:

Needle Grenades - Heavy Ordinance - Bluescreen Bombs - Sting Grenades - Biggest Booms - Volatile Mix - Full Kit

Just made Sgt. And she has a interesting AWC skills:

Offensive: Executioner% - Bring 'Em On* - Aggression%
Defensive: Covert - Guardian - Kill Zone

I was thinking with those buffs to aim and crit chance (%) and damage (*), Biggest Booms will definitely be worth it.

Then I thought: do aim and crit chance and damage buff skills apply to rockets and grenades?

I'm pretty sure it does as long as they are skills, and not weapon mods (those only affect skills used with the primary weapon).

Yeah, as long as the bonus is being added to the soldier, not the weapon, and it doesn't rely on a special attack type, then it will work.
