Jail Break evac bug

So I am playing 1.1. This happened...

I think it may be because I ran 2 civvies into the zone at the "same time", moved 1 to center, tabbed to next, moved next to.

Other than this, everyone else made it evac zone and it worked as usual, not entirely sure why this happened, assuming it's a bug as he certainly was in the zone. Unless that sign post is somehow blocking it, but I'm sure that too is a bug since it probably is made to play the zone in an open enough space.

This is default XCOM2 behavior. There is an obstruction above VIPs head (signpost in your case) and he can't rope up due to that. If you move him one tile towards the center he'll be able to extract.

Note: The "Evac All" mod will mark squares which can't be evacced from with a red overlay. I find it quite helpful.

Well I thought that was default behavior!

But yea, unfortunately this VIP used full dash to get there and got blowm away by the 6+ Advent on our tail.
2/3 ain't bad though.
