Just like the titles says, the DLC scan sites show up more than once during a campaign. In my current game, the Skyranger scan site has shown up again even though I already have all of the weapons. After scanning it gave me duplicates of weapons that were already equipped (Shadowkeeper and the axe), but didn't give me the other two. In my previous game I saw the Last Gift mission pop up again about a month after I had completed it (though I didn't bother doing it again).
It's not game breaking (as far as I can tell) since it's easily ignored, but it is kind of annoying. I've never seen this happen outside of Long War 2 and I've been playing with most of the mods on the list for the last year.
