Encountered with Long War 2 patch 1.1.

Windows 10 Home x64, Steam release of XCOM 2.

Steps to reproduce:
- Enter the Proving Ground when the "Experimental Heavy Weapon" project is unlocked (I only noticed this in the late game, though).
- The project reads "instant" for time and costs no materials.
- If the project is queued, an experimental heavy weapon is immediately added to the player inventory when entering the geoscape. These can be sold in the black market for infinite supplies.

I've uploaded my save file to Google Drive, but it's loaded on the final mission so I don't know how useful it is.

I had another bug on this campaign where I would sometimes get a 1-hit KO on the objective in the "enemies trying to retake liberated region" mission. I would take a single shot (usually with a shotgun) and the objective would blow up even though the damage indicated was ~1/3 of its HP. I think this only happened when it was on elevated ground.
