In a non active pod in the fog. The berserker attacking a codex in the same pod. Codex split in to visionrange and activate the pod, great I reload the game and this time the camera moves over and show the attack. I see this as well, usually on intel mini-retals.
From the 1.3 thread, it looks like this behavior will be fixed in 1.3.
