Black market crashes/no scanning options

My issue: The first time I accesses the Geo, after gatekeeper the only one I have to scan is the black market, which crashes my computer. I disabled Dragon punks BM mod and the other mod which converts to intel, still crashing. I have no other scanning missions or nothing to push the time forward in order to choose another mission.
