Snapshot bug

Havent tried to duplicate this, but one of my snipers i took snapshot. Ever since then, the only shooting option i have is snapshot, no normal shot, making him quite useless. Not a big deal to me, im not a snapshot fan and have moved on, but thought id mention it here.

Snapshot in LW2 works differently that it did in previous version of XCOM/LW. This version is more intended to make the sniper rifle into something like the strike rifle from LW1, in that it applies all the time, even when not having moved.

Also helpful for the many many many missions you have to keep moving on, especially considering Sharpshooters (from who all i've had thusfar) seem to be the most movement limited, even compared to Gunners.
