Bug or Feature? Squad Management (Armory)

I think this is intentional, but unintuitive...
I have a squad infiltrating, but not all of the members are going
I can remove the members from the squad that are listed as available (not going)
which makes sense, because I might want them elsewhere
I can't add members a squad that is currently infiltrating
which also kind of makes sense
Only problem is, I accidently removed someone from the infiltrating squad, and I can't put them back, and to be honest, I'm a little freaked out that I'm going to forget to put them back when I have the opportunity to. You see, it was my squads captain, and he got hurt, but now he's better. Did I already mention I'm freaking out?
By the way, LW2 really adds to the tension. Kudos
