I finished a misson where I blew up an advent monument (old Gatecrasher) and was supposed to get a ranger as a reward. As the title says, the ranger does not appear in the barracks after the mission.
Apart from cosmetic mods and one voicepack I run only:
- Stop Wasting My Time
- Stop Drop And Roll
- Less Silly Lines Of Sight
EDIT: If needed I can offer savegames with a world state just before the mission and right after that.
