Map issues in Jailbreak mission

It was the first time I saw this parcel used in Jailbreak. There were 3 prisoners to rescue, 2 of them spawned outside the detention cells (the 2nd one isn't shown on the image but you can see the icon on the bottom right).

I'm using version 1.1 on Windows and I only aesthetic mods together with LW2. I can provide a save game if necessary



EDIT - Also found out another 'bug' on the parcels used on that mission



The area where the 2 soldiers are standing can only be accessed by dropping from the roof, but once you do that any soldiers will be trapped since they can't move out of that area. I'm not sure if this is intended (so that you'd need to use explosives to make an exit point) but those sort of traps are frustrating
