Full override bug

1) Long War Version 1.1
2) Win10
3) A bunch of non-gameplay mods
4) I stunned a archer mec with a grenadier and hacked it with full override with the option to keep the mec after the mission. After the stun timer ended the mec was stuck in the stun animation. I could move it, but it would not use the movement animations. It
instead teleported instantly to the chosen spot. Reloading reenabled the movement animations, but all other abilities did not work. The tooltip said the mec is still stunned.
5) Can't attach a save because it's too large.

I can confirm #4. In fact, I've got a savegame with a heavy mec and a haywire archer mec. Unfortunately, My savegame is too large to upload as well.

Had another mission with the same bug, this time a sectopod. Crashed the game the first time I tried to move it. Reloading let me move it, but no weapon access.

Following up to my reply above, with more info and a savegame.
  1. The version of Long War you are playing. ver. 1.0
  2. The platform you are playing on. Windows 10 64-bit, i5-3570K with a radeon r9 290
  3. What other XCOM2 mods you are playing with. Capnbubs accessory pack, custom face paints, full character customization, custom bandanas, load from character pool, showmetheskills, military camoflage patterns, more nations mod, and the indispensable bob ross voice pack.
  4. The circumstances of the bug or precise steps to produce it.
    1. Use a Grenadier's Bluescreen Bombs on a MEC. (In this case, the grenadier in question also had Sting grenades to stun enemies).
    2. On the same turn, use a Specialist's Full Override ability to take control of the MEC. (This savegame has two overridden MECs in the same condition, from two different specialists.)
    3. MECs will never gain control of their weapons or abilities, though they will be able to move. Trying to use them is grayed out with the message, 'unit is stunned'

Total speculation: The confluence of Bluescreen with Sting on the grenadier seems significant
