Shutdown Persistant Effect

Also I saw my gunner's area suppression not prevent the enemy gunner from suppresing my unit, but unfortunetely I don't have a save.

The shutdown as persistent effect is a problem with perfect information, as shutdown has no duration the mod thinks it lasts forever, use show more buff details to see how many actions remains instead

The 1 turn red fog is also an error from the same mod, as most infinite duration effects have 1 turn in its duration but it never ticks down.
