This thing doesnt work at all. I had a guaranteed crit (100%) against a partially damaged muton elite with no armor (shredded beforehand), and the Kubikiri brought him down to 2HP. Yes, the crit went off. This is in 1.2, and has occurred multiple times. Twice on the muton elite, and once on a sectopod (also no armor, partially damaged with registered crit). Thanks.

Doesn't work for me either. Just had a kubikiri crit on damaged ADVENT general (siper rifle, AP ammo, 2 armor left at that point) and it only did regular crit damage leaving the enemy with 9 HP.
