Why can't I research this?

I have a lot of my hab T3 researches that are locked despite having all of the requirements. It's been years. The research I want is still red, with only green lines all the way back. Give me my antimatter farm!

What is the exact research? (Share screenshot perhaps?)
(Also you don't want your antimatter farm. Compare atomsmasher and atomsharvester, what do you see?)

Agreed - you really don''t want AntiMatter Farms - so inefficient.
Orbital Supercolliders are the way to go.
