Textures are broken in 0.3.29 and 0.3.30 please help.

Hello,

After updating the game from 0.3.27 to the .29 and .30 beta versions the game textures are broken. The textures look very low resolution and blurry for the world nations and even on the moon for example, all the craters are pixelated. If I revert back to 0.3.27 then textures are fine and crisp again.

Is anyone else having this problem with textures? Is there a way to disable texture streaming that was added in the new betas? I suspect this new feature is causing the issue as it is the only texture related change I could find in the patch notes?
