I have a counsellor who was detained as the result of an event and they haven't been released for upwards of 10 or so orders cycles (I didn't note the in-game date when the event fired but it's been a while now).

If I mouse over the barred window icon on their portrait then I get a mouse-over which reads 'missing TT' (for missing tooltip I suppose) but I suspect that this is a placeholder for text that would tell me when they are supposed to be getting out and the event put a null value into it. Am I correct?

And of course, as soon as I fired up the game and started playing the guy got released in the first orders cycle, so I guess I was wrong.

I'm still intrigued by the 'Missing TT' tag though.

After looking into the game files, it appears that the the tool tip text is in place for this scenario which makes me curious why it didn't appear as intended here.

I'd like you to send in an early save (if you still have one) where the councilor is detained to our support email, if possible. I'll be on the other end watching out for it in our inbox.
