Puerto Rican Independence

Imo Puerto Rico should have it’s own independence project separate from the main End of America project. Gameplay wise it’s annoying cause it’s one of the only colony regions that can’t be split off without a lot of additional research beyond just independence movements. Realism wise, Puerto Rico has had multiple independence referendums and I feel if it’s reasonable for Siberia to break off or for the entire southwest US to help form Aztlan before End of America is researched, I think it’s valid for Puerto Rico to declare independence/join the Caribbean states as well.

I agree. We'll remove the End of America project condition for the Carib states to have a claim on PR. I might've been thinking of the USVI as well as PR when I put in the claim condition but I think no project is a better representation of things in the aggregate.
